Submit via the security materials request form, your procurement portal, or your standard vendor onboarding channel. List the materials you need and your timeline.
NDA & scope
Mutual NDA executes before any sensitive material is shared. Scope is confirmed: engagement type, exact materials required, target delivery date, and delivery format.
Materials prepared
Package is prepared by Jan Cichocki personally. Where third-party attestation is required and we do not hold one, we say so — we do not assert what we have not earned.
Delivery & review
Package delivered in the format your procurement workflow requires. Clarification questions are answered within one business day; follow-up materials available on request.
What we don’t include
Cichocki Advisory does not hold a third-party SOC 2 Type II attestation, ISO/IEC 27001 certification, or formal pen-test report unless explicitly stated in the package. We will not include claims of attestation we have not earned, vendor-stack disclosures we don’t maintain, or audit reports we don’t hold.
If your procurement workflow requires materials we cannot honestly provide, we tell you up front — before NDA, before scope. For software-side trust artifacts (covering ThreadSync products), the ThreadSync Trust Center maintains its own materials separately.
